7月 ～ 10月 9:00 ～ 10:00
11月 ～ 12月 13:30 ～ 14:30
開催時間15分前に集合、15分後に解散
雨や風が強い日はおやすみ
January – April: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
May – June: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
July – October: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
November – December: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time and plan to leave 15 minutes after the session ends.
We take a break on days with heavy rain or strong winds.

Clothes that can get dirty, comfortable shoes, a handkerchief or towel.
