Q.支払いはどうすればいいですか？
A.受付場所“Campaty”で現金支払いでお願いします。
Q.未成年者一人で参加は可能ですか?
A.参加不可です。 未成年者が参加する際は、保護者同伴での参加になります。
Q.人数が揃わない場合は、どうなるの?
A.体験日の前日(12:00)までに人数が揃わない場合は、体験中止とさせていただきます。
Q.乗り合いとチャーターの予約日が重なってしまった場合は、どうなるの?
A.チャーターを優先にご案内させていただきます。

Aさんは1ヶ月前(12月10日)に1月10日の乗り合いを予約 Bさんは1月1日に1月10日のチャーターを予約
この場合は、Bさんが優先です。
ただ、 1月1日前に乗り合いの参加人数(2名以上)が達していれば、Aさんが優先です。
Q.当日予約は可能なのか?
A.可能 ただし、その日の予約状況によって不可の場合があります。
また、当日予約は電話でお願いします。
Q.集合時間は?
A.体験時間の30前には、受付を済ませてください。
出港時間の15前に受付がされていない場合は、参加不可とさせていただきます。
