ご自分で採った山菜は現地で天ぷらにし、手打ちうどんと一緒に食べます。

10：00 集合、オリエンテーション
10：15 山野草採集体験
11：00 里山散策をしながら古民家なじくぼへ移動
11：30 アウトドアクッキング（山野草の天ぷらと手打ちうどん釜揚げ体験）
12：45 食事タイム
14：30 解散

・集合場所に駐車場がございます。車でお越しの際はご一報ください。
・小雨決行になります。大雨の場合につきましては、当日朝6時に中止のご連絡をいたします。
里山の恵みをその場でいただく・・・昔は当たり前だったことが、今では貴重な体験になっています。自然と関わりながら暮らす喜びを、皆さんと分かち合えればと思っています。
〇体験終了後、陣渓園の岩風呂ご希望の方にはアイニ特別割引（800円）にて入浴できます。タオルはご持参ください。

Fujino's Mountains are Treasure Trove of Wild Plants!
Would you like to come and experience the arrival of spring while picking wild plants, a gift of the season? Fujino, known as the nearest satoyama (countryside near a city) to the city center, offers an opportunity to enjoy nature's bounty. The wild plants you gather can be enjoyed on-site as tempura and more, and you can also take some home. And who knows, if you spot young bamboo shoots, you might even get to dig some up?
Come join us and savor the blessings of nature in Fujino!
Time Schedule:
10:00 AM: Gathering and Orientation
10:15 AM: Wild Plant Gathering Experience
11:00 AM: Move to the traditional farmhouse "Najikubo" while taking a stroll through the satoyama
11:30 AM: Outdoor Cooking (Wild plant tempura and handmade udon or pot-cooked rice)
12:45 PM: Mealtime
2:30 PM: Dispersal

What to Bring, Attire:
Bag for taking home wild plants
Comfortable clothing
If you have them, bring a knife, scissors, and a small shovel
*If possible, bringing your own scissors would be greatly appreciated.
Additional Notes:
There is parking available at the gathering spot. Please notify us if you plan to come by car.
The event will be held even in light rain. In case of heavy rain, we will inform you of the cancellation by 6:00 AM on the day of the event.
In the past, it was commonplace to enjoy the blessings of the satoyama right there. Today, it's become a valuable experience. We hope to share the joy of living in harmony with nature with all of you.
