・お客様ご自身で、ZOOMにアクセスするためのウェブカメラ、マイク、スピーカー、安定したネット環境、その他の動作環境をご用意下さい。
・Zoomがうまく繋がらなかった、等、弊社の関与し得ない事由にてご参加いただけなかった場合の返金はございません。
・本ツアーにはパソコンでの参加を推奨します。（画面への書き込み、クイズ、チャットなどのコミュニケーション機能が操作しやすいため）
・当ツアーは品質向上のため、内部資料として録画させていただきます。予めご了承をお願いします。
・本ツアーは双方向のコミュニケーションを重視しているため、原則、音声と映像をオンにしてのご参加をお願いします。（お子様のお声が大きい場合や周りの音が大きい場合、ミュートをお願いする場合もございますことご了承ください。）
