Come and learn how to make these easy Christmas Stollen slices. Chrismas is a special time in europe and one of my favorites things to eat at Chrismas is Stollen.
We will start the lesson by making marzipan, the key ingredient in Stollen that makes it soft and sweet. We will then prepare and bake the stollen, and I can give you tips on where to buy some of the ingredients.
Whilst the cake is baking in the oven we can relax and you can learn about the traditional Christmas in the UK and Germany.
When the cake is ready we can decorate and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. There will be plenty of cake for you to take away so please bring a container.
