This menu is a conbination of dishes traditionally cookes in the Emporda a famouse sea side area and the Penedes a famouse inland area well know by its sparkling wines.
We will used the Home made bacon and fresh beans from the farms next to our home.
The simplicity of thier taste make them delicious.

This sauce is typically from Empordar area, garlic gets rosted in the owven and then blend with olive oil , egg yolk and a pinch of salt.

This dish is traditional from the Penedes area,very famouse for its sprakling wines. Chick peas get cooked with smoked hams ,smoked bacon onions garlic and some white wine. then covered in mussolina sauce and grilled in the oven.

This is a very refreshing salad ,prepared with fresh fava beans, mint, lemon juice and olive oil.
