There is no doubt that if you travel to Lithuania, you will be offered Cepelinai. They are named after zeppelins because of their shape. This dish is made in every family under special occasion or could be found in every Lithuanian restaurant.
I have been thinking a lot before I decided to release a Cepelinai menu. The thing is, it's always tricky to get an accurate recipe for this homemade dish that has been handed down from one generation to the next. This is the most difficult Lithuanian dish to make and success depends on few factors that I'm going to share with you. The chef in every home will have his or her own secrets.
Cepelinai are something you will want to start eating as soon as you start talking about them ;)
