This is one of the most economical pickle which,you can make it at home and preserve it for long. I make it without using any lemon or vinegar but you will be amazed how good it tastes. You can also use it as a filling in onigiri.

This is a very healthy , delicious and soft.
Desert which I make at home.My husband prefers this better than ice cream. You can also serve with fresh cream to add color.
