In this menu we will make a very famous dish in Bali, we use to eat it on ceremony or special occasion. What makes this menu special is we used many kind of spices and all is autentic. The combination of the dishes will dance in to your mouth created a balance taste. My grandmother introduced it to me, now I made it my way.
