This menu reveals some of Lithuanian time proven dishes that could even be called legendary.
Even though the main dish is called by the name of Ukraine's capital, "Kiev cutlet" is well known in all post-soviet countries. There are many controversial stories about the origin of the dish.
Lithuanians also have their own way of preparing this dish. For me, Kiev cutlet evokes memories from the times when I was a school student, while older Lithuanians would share memories about the legendary restaurant in Vilnius that used to serve best Kiev cutlets.
