In this menu I am going to make a staple food of Nepal. I learned it from my mother.Since my childhood, I am eating this food. Though, I am living in Japan, I make my hometown food once a day for dinner. So, I can teach my kids about our national food.
My menu consists of variety of things. It is the combination of different vegetables, meat, milk, different kind of herbs etc. Nepali food is a cuisine where you can enjoy the varieties of taste in one plate.
I hope we can make a great lunch or dinner together. I can assure you that you will experience the Nepali culture and tradition to the fullest in this short time span along with great recipes.
