Macher Jhol (Mach is Fish and Jhol is Curry, Fish Curry) is a traditional Bengali dish, can found in every day meal. In this shallow fried fish is cooked with tomato and Indian spices. Served hot with rice.
I prefer using Buri fish (Japanese fish) which has very similar taste like Indian fish.
