In this menu we'll be making yummy treats called Magwinya and diphaphata and drinking hot and refreshing Rooibos tea. They can be eaten as breakfast or just as a guilty pleasure. We'll also be making fresh homemade strawberry jam which can be saved to eat anytime.

=== Hot & Fresh Magwinya(ボツワナのドーナッツ)
Magwinya are a delicious donut-like treat which are a favourite in Botswana. Also known as fat-cakes (vetkoeks in Afrikaans). They can be eaten as sweet with jams, or savoury with a mince meat filling and ma'fresh (soft french fries).
=== Diphaphata(ボツワナの平たいパン)
This is hand flattened bread cooked on the stove. It's perfect eaten savoury or sweet. Traditionally eaten with seswaa, which I make in my other menu, but also with jam or butter or anything you want!
=== Homemade Strawberry Jam(イチゴジャム)
With all the fresh strawberries available, it's the perfect time for making homemade jam.
=== Rooibos Tea(ルイボスティー)
The most popular tea in Botswana! Usually drank day or night, hot or cold. Rooibos means "Red Bush" in Afrikaans, a refreshing tea with many health benefits.
