Hello everyone in this menu I would like to introduce mutton biryani. Gosht( either chicken meat or goat meat is used, here I have used goat meat) as the primary ingredient with basmati rice. Mutton biryani is cooked on special occasions like wedding's , parties and get together's. It goes well with raita, baghara baingan (roasted egg plant) and raita.

Hyderabad biryani is one of India's most famous biryani. Some say biryani is synonymous with Hyderabad. It is made with basmati rice , spices and goat . Popular variations use chicken meat instead of goat meat . Mutton biryani is cooked with goat meat . Here the goat meat is sautéed with various spices , onions , green chillies and then basmati rice is added and cooked on a very low flame for 30-40 minutes in pressure cooker for a fragrant and aromatic flavour .

Ravva kesari is a popular South Indian sweet made from semolina during festive season. In north india it's called as "sooji ka halwa" . It is usually made with semolina, sugar, ghee, water and milk. Cashew nuts , almonds for garnishing.
