In this menu I'm trying to introduce two traditional curries . I learnt this recipe from my grandmother. I have introduced Sri Lankan style pancake in this menu.

=== Welcome Drink : Faluda(ウェルカムドリンク:ファルダ)
This is made with milk and rose water. To decorate add some jelly some basil seeds.
=== White Rice(白米)
Normal rice cooked adding clove and cardamom. spices give an authentic smell for the rice.
=== Fish Curry(フィッシュカレー)
Spicy curry cooked with authentic Sri Lankan spices and coconut milk. Any kind of fish can be used.
=== Pumpkin Curry(カボチャカレー)
Pumpkin curry is prepared with spices and coconut milk. This is the traditional way of cooking pumpkin curry.
=== Leeks and Potato Tempered(ネギとじゃが芋焼き)
In this dish leeks and potato fried with onion and garlic. Uses chilli flakes and pepper.
=== Mitsuba and Carrot Salad(ミツバとニンジンサラダ)
Mitsuba leaves and carrot mix with coconut flakes, lemon ,salt and pepper.
=== Dessert : Coconut Pancake(ココナッツパンケーキ)
Pancake is made with flour and milk. Separately prepare coconut treacle mixture. Put the mixture in middle of the pancake and rolled up.

Ceylon tea made with ginger flavor.
