This meny includes the most common and favourite dishes in my country: we cook Pilaf every Sunday for the whole family; since Pilaf might be a bit heavy, it goes well with vegetable salad with no dressing, such as Shakarob or Eggplants.
Oliv'e salad is also very much loved, we make it on special occasions such as Birthdays or New Year's Eve. Crepes is another dish for the sundays when the whole family gathers at the table and enjoyes a freshly made dessert

Famous national dish of Tajikistan - Oshi palof, a.k.a. Pilaf: fried/steamed rice with beef, carrots and onion. Spices: cumin and paprika.

Very easy and delicious garnish, fried eggplant topped with chopped parsley and garlic.
=== Crepes(クレープ)
Easy and fun to make: flour, milk with egg, sugar, salt and a bit of baking soda. Spoon of vegetable oil in the batter and a drop of oil on the frying pan - will be easier to fry. Garnish with anything you like: jam, honey, yogurt or sour cream.
