Juice made of hibiscus leaves.
=== Kofta(牛肉フィンガー)
Minced beef with onion, bread crumbs, spices. This is made into finger shape pieces, then fried. It is then stewed in tomato sauce and let simmer till completely cooked. Garnished with paprika and green pepper.
=== Eggplant salad(なすのサラダ)
A popular dish in the Arab world. The Sudanese version is made it roast eggplants, some yoghurt, peanut butte, lemon, onion, tomato and spices.
=== Mulah sabanikh(ほうれん草 と 春菊のカレー)
Spinach is used by Sudanese living overseas as the substitute of the Sudanese vegetable known as "Rijla". After trials of funding the best possible taste, I adopted my recipe by adding shungiku, and the taste is just so good that I now like it more than the original rijla stew.

Lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, and other leafy vegetables cut into small cubes. Olive oil and lemon is used for dressing.
