Sajji (سجی) is a popular dish in karachi city of Pakistan. It consists of whole lamb leg or whole chicken leg, (fat and meat intact), marinated in salt, mix spices, covered with green papaya paste. Then roasted over coals. Served with hot naan, salad, raita. In this menu we 'll make a traditional eid festival that I learned from my mother. This is the specialty of our Eid al-Adha festival.
