Garlic is use as a medicine in Ayurveda and also put in to all the vegetable curry we cooked, garlic is rich of anti-oxidant, which has potent medicinal properties, highly nutritious, help to reduce common cold and body pain, help to reduce blood pressure, prevent heart risk, food for the liver, detoxify heavy metals in the body, improve bone health, in Sri Lanka we make this curry for twice a month for detoxifications, and easy to include in your diet and tastes absolutely delicious


=== Green beans Curry(サヤエンドウカレー)

Green beans are very delicious. In Sri Lanka we have butter beans and green beans. Use for combination curry like potato with beans or mix vegetable curry. Help to reduce cardiovascular disease, preventing colon cancer, reduce diabetes,
Boost immune system, good food for eyes and bones, we prepare this curry with Sri Lankan spices keep remaining the green color of the beans which will be crunchy and delicious.
