If you are interested in learning about Jamaican culture, my life in and outside of Japan and about "Ital" cooking, then come join me at my cozy home and share this cross-cultural experience with me.
This menu is ideal for summer with tropical fruits, including mango, pineapple, banana, watermelon, lime, lemon, etc. The dishes are Ital, which means that no animal products are used and all ingredients are natural and derived from plants. Jamaican Jerk Sauce is usually spicy, but don`t worry, the level of spice can be adjusted to your liking.
