Simple cook, but tasty enough.


=== Tofu ah nit(Chick peas flour sauce for tofu nway)

Chick peas flour is cooked until velvety cream.
This sauce is the main role in this tofu nway dish.


=== Hin nyo(Crystal clear soup, serve along with Tofu nway)

Soup cooked with chicken and sprinkle with onion sprouts.


=== Ah Chin(Cabbage pickles, to refresh your mouth when you eat Tofu Nway)

Cabbage and fresh chili pickles

Garlic is cooked until Golden brown color.

Cooked with Star-anice and the other ingredients. This spice is quite similar to Chinese spice.
